Purchasing Method
- Interested departments will reach out to Cintas for their purchasing needs
- If a department does not already have an account with Cintas, Cintas will send an Addendum to add the required department and product(s) to the University’s contract through the OMNIA cooperative purchasing program through Cintas. The department is approved to sign this addendum with Cintas.
- Cintas will send the department a quote (include department name, contact name and email on quote)
- The department will submit a requisition, with the quote attached, in the PantherExpress System for the service or product using either the Non-catalog Order Form (for a one-time PO) or the Blanket Order Form (for products or services that will result in recurring charges requiring a blanket PO).
- Once services are performed, Cintas will create an invoice with the PO number, department name, contact name and email listed on the invoice and submit the invoice for payment one of the following ways:
- Option 1 - Cintas will send the invoice with the (PO # listed on it) to upitt.invoices@trustflowds.com (*preferred way unless department requests to see the invoice first)
- Option 2 - Cintas will send the invoice back to the department contact and ask them to submit for payment on the PO created (this option must be requested from department instead of option 1 above.)
