We are excited to announce the launch of eLynxx’s PrintGizmo, which is intended to streamline the process for ordering print and graphic design services from University-wide Contracted Suppliers. As you may remember, we established twelve University-wide Contracted Suppliers for print and graphic design services as part of a consolidation last year.
Beginning 11/21/22, PrintGizmo is a new punchout through the PantherExpress System that allows users to access and manage multiple suppliers for print and graphic design services in one location. Through the PrintGizmo punchout in the PantherExpress System you can:
- Quickly order University-branded printed items including business cards, envelopes, letterhead, and Vincent Payment Solutions brochures and credit card sleeves.
- Easily request quotes from print suppliers for items such as magazines, manuals, posters, flyers, and more.
The PrintGizmo punchout provides the following benefits, in addition to the benefits provided by utilizing University-wide Contracted Suppliers:
- User friendly storefront experience which makes it easy to select from predefined, ready-to use, customizable catalog of products.
- Individual buyer accounts include order, quote and reorder history as well as design libraries to save time on future orders.
- The Online Designer Studio allows the user to customize templates for the University branded items.
- Produces press-ready output files and instant online PDF proofs.
- Allows you to compare vendors and pricing based on item and option selections.
- Provides real time shipping estimates from USPS, UPS and FedEx and local pickup (if available).
- Ordering process includes tax exempt status provision as well as customizable notifications for order status and follow-up.
How to get started with PrintGizmo
- To utilize the PrintGizmo punchout, you must be a PantherExpress System user. If you are not currently a PantherExpress System user, follow the instructions on this page to gain access.
