Resolved: Change Requests Error in the PantherExpress System

As of March 8, 2022, we resolved an issue with an error occurring when trying to submit a change request in the PantherExpress System.

If you have previously created a Change Request that was returned to you, please delete that Change Request, and create a new Change Request.

If you receive any errors, please take a screenshot and send to PantherBuy@cfo.pitt.edu.

We are also aware that the change request selection is sometimes not available in the drop down when attempting to create a new change request from the PO screen. If you run into this issue, please email PantherBuy@cfo.pitt.edu with the PO number associated with the issue.
