The University has been informed that a recent fraudulent email phishing scheme has impacted another Concur customer. While we are not aware of any current phishing schemes impacting the University, we ask that all Concur users be aware of potential phishing emails.
As part of the reported phishing scheme that impacted another Concur customer, actors masqueraded as our service provider for cloud-based travel bookings and expense management, Concur, and obtained the login ID and password of users. Once access was obtained, they proceeded to book flights which were then charged to the other Concur customers.
