We wanted to inform you that Matheson Gas has several new drivers delivering to the University of Pittsburgh. To ensure that orders of gases from Matheson are received to the correct location, each Purchase Order in the PantherExpress System should indicate a safe delivery location where the cylinder can be properly secured. When placing orders in the PantherExpress System, the “Ship to” information must reflect the safe delivery location. Any additional instruction to Matheson regarding delivery should be included in the “Note to All Suppliers” field in the External Notes and Attachments section of the requisition.
