Encore Group LLC, which provides services for virtual/hybrid conferences and events, is no longer a University-wide Contracted Supplier. Due to the declining of the use of virtual conference services since the end of the pandemic, both the University and Encore Group LLC allowed the three-year contract to terminate at the term end date and decided not to renew. Any event production services that were performed by Encore can now be handled by Accelevents, a University-wide Contracted Supplier.
