Payment Processing Has Moved & Other Important Updates

Please review the following important updates from Payment Processing & Compliance, including our new campus address:

  • We moved! As of July 23, 2021, the Payment Processing department moved to Craig Hall. Our campus address is CRAIG-207P and our mailing address is 200 S. Craig St. Pittsburgh, PA 15260. Our phone numbers remain the same.
  • Check Pickups Not Resuming - Since the start of the pandemic, Payment Processing has not offered check pickups. As we move to Craig Hall, check pickup will continue to be unavailable and we will mail your checks directly to the suppliers. However, if there is a rare and extenuating circumstance that requires that you receive a check instead of it being mailed directly to the supplier, please include a comment with the invoice by specifying the need to have the check mailed to you in the comment text box and add the following recipients for the comment: Betty Thompson and Elizabeth Lanzy.
  • P-cards – As of September 2020, new and renewal P-cards are mailed directly to the address on file and are no longer picked up at Payment Processing & Compliance’s office. If you need to change your address on file, please complete a P-card Change Request form through DocuSign.
  • Docusign Templates for W-9/W-8/Supplier Verification Form – Effective, July 21, 2021 there are new DocuSign Templates for W-9, W-8, and Supplier Verification Forms that must be used to ensure greater security and efficiency. More information is available on this page.
