Supplier Spotlight: Cut 'N' Run Productions

Welcome to the latest edition of the Supplier Spotlight series that features local and diverse University suppliers. This series is designed so that you can get to know each of the different suppliers and the stories that brought their businesses to life. In recognition of Latinx/Hispanic Heritage Month this October, we are excited to shine the supplier spotlight on Cut 'N' Run Productions.

Cut 'N' Run Productions offers video production, photography and audio-visual services. Founder Jordan McMillen was born in Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela but grew up in Puerto Rico, Michigan and Pennsylvania. In 2003 he took a dream and created Cut 'N' Run Productions. The production company started as a one-man show in a home office and has since grown into a spectacular facility located in the Beechview neighborhood of Pittsburgh with multiple employees ranging from full-time to part-time and even freelancers.

As a reminder, spending with local and diverse businesses is an institutional priority. The University has established goals, some as part of the Plan for Pitt, to support community and economic development by increasing spending with local and diverse businesses. Spending with Cut 'N' Run Productions, a local and Latinx/Hispanic-owned business, is one way to help support these goals.
