However, you can still place orders directly with these suppliers via any of the Purchase Order form types (non-catalog, blanket, or quote) in the PantherExpress System. Purchase Orders would need to include a Directed or Sole Source Justification form (DSSJF), Certificate of Liability Insurance, and Provider Covenant.
