University-wide Contracted Suppliers for Print & Graphic Design

Printing Services recently announced that based on the environmental impact and continued declining use of traditional printing, the University is reducing onsite print production and expanding in digital design and production services. Learn more on the Printing Services website

As part of the University’s sustainability goals, the University encourages the use of digital design and production services in place of traditional printing when possible. University-wide Contracted Suppliers

As a supplement to the services provided by Printing Services and University Communications, we have established the following new University-wide Contracted Suppliers for print and graphic design services. University Policy AO 30 requires that departments use a University-wide Contracted Supplier for purchasing items/services for which the University has an agreement. Additionally, utilizing these University-wide Contracted Suppliers provides a variety of benefits, including:

  • Best overall value and brand fidelity to the University.
  • Competitive pricing. Please note: we still recommended obtaining quotes from multiple suppliers to ensure the best pricing.
  • Wide range of high-quality services to fit needs.
  • Faster contracting process for the services required.
  • Supporting local and diverse businesses.

Note: remember to specify double-sided items, vegetable-based inks, and/or paper that’s FSC, carbon neutral, or has recycled content, when printing with external vendors.

University-wide Contracted Suppliers for Print Services

These printers have been qualified as University-wide Contracted Suppliers. Please keep in mind that while many are local, same-day print deliveries to campus are not guaranteed so please plan accordingly. Select each supplier name to learn more about their services and how to contact them.
