Roxanne’s Catering is a participating restaurant of the America To Go (ATG) program. America To Go is a University-wide Contracted Supplier which is available for catering orders through a punchout in the PantherExpress System. Roxanne’s Catering is a PAUCP certified minority and woman-owned business in Allegheny County that provides a general menu that is based off years in the industry discovering customer needs and preferences. They also design menus that are exclusive to what a client requests and can adapt to any cuisine requested.
Founder, owner and Pittsburgh native, Roxanne Easley, started working in the food industry during her teenage years in 1992. Even at a young age, it quickly grew into a passion of hers, which led her down the path of creating her own catering business and restaurant. By 2006 Roxanne opened a catering business and was followed by her restaurant in 2012. In 2015, Roxanne returned to full-service catering where she has been ever since. Through the changes over the years, Roxanne says her mission has stayed the same “To provide delicious food and service to my clients. Our one stop shop is designed to service all my client's needs from start to finish, we just want you to show up!”
As a local Pittsburgh-er herself, Roxanne knows the value of the local community. Roxanne’s Catering provides summer internships for the youth and partners with non-profit organizations to feed lower-income families and the homeless both on the streets and in shelters. Roxanne’s Catering also currently has a former Pitt student and some of their partners are proud Pitt Alumni!
With a menu that provides options for all nationalities based on the love of food, not just focusing on one type of cuisine, we asked Roxanne what some of the fan-favorite menu items are which she said are the box lunches that include a cranberry chicken salad croissant sandwich.
