University Paid Hotel Bookings

All travel paid by the University for faculty, staff, students and guests must be booked through Concur or Anthony Travel in order to access all of our contracted rates.

Booking a Local Hotel for a Group

University departments looking for hotels (for a group of 10+ rooms) locally or out of the Pittsburgh area, please complete the Hotel Room Blocks, Conference/Meeting Space Form in the PantherExpress System. Travel & Expense Management, in coordination with Anthony Travel, provides a managed Hotel Program for all groups and events as it pertains to hotels.
