Kyle’s Cakes N’at is a participating restaurant of the America To Go (ATG) program. America To Go is a University-wide Contracted Supplier which is available for catering orders through a punchout in the PantherExpress System. This restaurant is a local business and offers a menu full of a variety of delicious cheesecakes.
A University of Pittsburgh Alumni, Co-Founder and Owner, Kyle, graduated with a degree in history but spent most of his free time cooking dinners and baking custom cheesecakes for family and friends, until they urged him to pursue his true passion (baking!). His mom was semi-retired from a long marketing career, so together they formed Rozycki Desserts LLC.
Growing up in Berks County, PA, Kyle was cooking alongside his grandparents, parents, and aunts and uncles for parties and holidays, working alongside his mother in her concession business as a teenager. The decision to provide a menu of cheesecakes came about when Kyle entered and won first place in a county-wide scholastic baking contest in the dessert category. For a cheesecake, of course! He used a family recipe that Kyle’s Cakes N’at has since been reworked into an array of different cheesecakes for everyone to enjoy.

Kyle’s Cakes N’at officially sold their first cheesecake in September of 2020. However, they formed their license in 2019 and took the time to test recipes, create the product line-up, find a commercial kitchen, obtain their licensing and get everything ready to go to open up shop. To this day, with Kyle’s love for baking and Lisa’s marketing and small business expertise, they make a great team. Kyle is usually the front man and Lisa prefers to stay behind the scenes.
Kyle’s Cakes N’at philosophy is simple, “Life is short”. They say to enjoy every minute of it, including sitting down to a great piece of cheesecake.

Kyle’s Cakes N’at does more than just provide delicious cheesecakes to the Pittsburgh region. They also support several non-profits in the area. Just last year they support the Children’s Home of Pittsburgh, WQED, Pittsburgh Central Catholic, and our very own University of Pittsburgh with various donations.
When asked if there is a fan favorite on the menu, Kyle’s Cakes N’at says their top sellers are lemon raspberry, peanut butter cup, classic, and caramel apple cheesecakes.
