The modified payment dates for the upcoming bank and national holidays for 2024 are now ready. As a reminder, the standard procedure for Payment Processing is to produce and send payment files to JPMorgan Chase on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please review the following modified dates:

- Memorial Day
- Thursday 5/23/24 payment file(s) will be produced/sent to JPM instead of Friday 5/24/24.

- Payment files will be produced/sent to JPM as usual the week prior and the week of.

- Labor Day

- Columbus Day
- Thursday 10/10/24 payment file(s) will be produced/sent to JPM instead of Friday 10/11/24.
- Veteran’s Day
- Thursday 11/7/24 payment file(s) will be produced/sent to JPM instead of Friday 11/8/24.

- Thursday 11/21/24 payment file(s) will be produced/sent to JPM instead of Friday 11/22/24.
- Monday 11/25/24 payment file(s) will be produced instead of Tuesday 11/26/24.
- Wednesday 11/27/24 payment file(s) will be produced instead of Friday 11/29/24.
- Winter Recess 12/23/24-01/02/24
- Payment files will be produced/sent as usual the week of 12/16/24 - 12/20/24.
- 12/20/24 payment file(s) will include all invoices due to be paid through 12/30/24.
- Final payment file for 2024 will be produced/sent on 12/31/24.
