We are pleased to announce that the new VWR punch-out is now available on the PantherExpress System. This punch-out will provide our customers with online quote capability, UPS tracking, electronic invoicing, the ability to cancel/return items online, etc. The former VWR Hosted Catalog has been removed from the PantherExpress System. Demo sessions of the new punch-out features will be offered by VWR soon. Per the terms of our new supply agreement, VWR can provide products to our University customers from their base of exclusive manufacturers as well as their VWR branded products.
Products included on the Punch-out:
- Chromatography – Autosampler vials, instrumentation, high-purity solvents, columns
- Controlled Environment & Safety – PPE, cleanroom apparel, environmental monitoring
- Furniture – Rediship casework, fume hoods, biosafety cabinets, lab chairs
- Healthcare – Blood collection, cold storage, hematology, histology, microscopy, specimen collection & transport
- Life Science – Isolation & cloning, cell culture, liquid handling, sample preparation, proteomics, NGS
VWR Punchout Feature Overview:
- My Orders – View all order activity including: View tracking #’s, print copies of invoices and packing slips, access to CofA’s and SDS documents, Reorder, Cancel and Return items.
- Create personalized shopping list – Allows individual end-users to create, name, save and share shopping lists.
- My Quotes – Request, retrieve, and order online quotes provided by your VWR Sales Team.
- Recommended for you – a newly released feature that recommends products based on previous searches and shopping history
- Search Refinement Filters – enhanced filter tool for many popular product categories. Allows end-users to quickly search products by selecting common product characteristics, saving end-users time and shopping experience.
- Compare Feature – allows end-user to select and compare up to four different products for detailed comparison.
