As previously announced, a new contract for inbound freight management program services was awarded to AFS Logistics.
As we continue operating under this program, please review the following reminders:
- There are currently 252 participating suppliers in the AFS inbound freight program. Additional suppliers may be added in the future.
- Do not use the University's specially designated FedEx inbound freight program account number for purchases from suppliers not on the list of participating suppliers.
- The FedEx account number should never be used for any outbound or personal shipments.
- In accordance with University Policy FN07, all purchases should be made through the PantherExpress System and verbal orders are specifically prohibited.
