Please review the following update about the addition of a Guardian/Parent field to the Vincent system. View the previous announcement for details about the upcoming change. Below is the timeframe for the release of the changes.
- The training tutorial for the addition of the guardian/parent field will be released on April 26, 2024. The training material will be in a “before and after” PowerPoint Presentation format and sent via an announcement. There will not be a formal live training session for this change.
- On April 29, 2024, an announcement will be shared that will provide the final verified release date of this change as well as the updated Vincent User Guide that will include the guardian/parent field information.
- The release is scheduled for May 5, 2024, starting at 7:00pm. The system is scheduled for downtime from 7:00pm – 9:00pm that evening during the release.
- Once the release is completed, Vincent will have a guardian / parent field available for payees.
