Copiers

The University of Pittsburgh is finalizing an exclusive agreement for all copiers on campus that includes equipment, installation, training, maintenance and supplies (except paper). Due to the structure of the program, it is not possible for departments to obtain copiers outside of the program.

Please review the following information from Business, Hospitality, and Auxiliary Services (BHAS) regarding the service and supplies for current Ricoh multifunction-print equipment:

The University of Pittsburgh Business, Hospitality and Auxiliary Services through the Office of Copier Administration has awarded a service agreement to Doing Better Business (DBB).  As of June 1, 2023, DBB is responsible for providing repair service and supplies for the current University fleet of Ricoh multifunction‐print equipment. This service agreement will support the University office print operations while we transition to our new office print provider over the next 12 months.

For repair service and supplies, please call (800) 456‐1977 or email firsttouch@doingbetterbusiness.com with the following information:

  • Ricoh Model & Equipment ID
  • Department Name, Building, and Room Number
  • Contact Name and Phone Number
  • Supply description if requesting a supply item

*Please also note that DBB is only for repair service and supplies. New equipment will be addressed when the new vendor is onboarded.
