Important Update: Vincent Payment Solutions

The Vincent Payment Solutions system is used for paying research participants and individuals for purposes such as per diems, reimbursement, project expenses, team events, etc.

In March 2022, we first let those who have used the Vincent Payment Solutions system know that we were evaluating alternative payment options to best support the needs of the University. 

To continue to support payments to research participants and other individuals using the current system, Pitt IT will be assuming operational control of the Vincent Payment Solutions . In its new home with Pitt IT, the functionality of the Vincent Payment Solutions system will not change and both the Pitt and the UPMC programs will continue to operate as they have in the past.

The transition of Vincent Payment Solutions from UPMC Enterprises to Pitt IT will occur on 08/23/2022 and will take just a matter of minutes. Because the transition process is so short, it is planned to occur during normal working hours with minimal disruption to service. If a payment you make during that short transition fails, please wait a few minutes and try again. 

 

For Pitt users, all questions or issues that need to be addressed should continue to be sent to PittVincentAccess@pitt.edu.  

For UPMC users, all routine questions or issues that need to be addressed should continue to be sent to vincentsupport-UPMC@upmc.edu. If your question cannot be answered through that link and needs to be escalated to a higher level, please contact PittVincentAccess@pitt.edu
